Information we collect

Consultation, organizational project and coach-interest forms collect the contact information and details you choose to submit. These inquiries are stored so AEON can review and respond to them.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to requests, evaluate service fit, provide requested website features, improve our services, and meet legal obligations. AEON does not sell personal information.

Assessment information

The self-assessment runs in your browser. Its answers are not submitted with an inquiry or saved to AEON’s inquiry records. Do not submit sensitive medical information through public website forms.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand website visits, page navigation and successful inquiry submissions. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information about website usage, devices and browsers. Our inquiry analytics records the inquiry category and, for personal consultations, a predefined service-interest category. We also record consultation-link clicks and form starts. For campaign inquiries, we also retain predefined campaign, source, medium and guide identifiers so we can understand which content led to a request. These identifiers may accompany inquiry events; raw URLs, referrers and form answers are not added to them. These events do not include your name, email address, phone number or written form answers. Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled in our website tag.

Retention and choices

Information may be retained as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting AEON Fitness.
