A longer view of physical performance.

The company

A practical longevity company built around physical capability.

AEON began with a simple observation: fitness should not only change how the body looks, but how it moves, performs and adapts over time. The company applies the discipline of performance coaching to the changing realities of adult life, with long-term capability as the central objective.

The AEON method connects strength, mobility, conditioning and recovery within one practical system. It is evidence-informed, individualized where appropriate, and designed to work in real lives and operating environments rather than in theory alone.

AEON works with private clients and develops longevity-driven fitness concepts for hotels, resorts, private clubs, workplaces and other organizations. Assignments can range from focused coaching or advisory work to facility, equipment, programming and implementation projects.
